Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PrimaIA at salon.iatout.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are operated by iAtout.io, Québec, Canada.

PrimaIA is a SaaS platform designed for hair salon owners. It provides:

You agree to use PrimaIA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

As a salon owner using PrimaIA, you are the data controller for your clients' personal information entered into the system. You are responsible for:

6. Subscriptions & Billing

PrimaIA is currently offered in free early access. Future paid plans will be announced in advance. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing mandatory paid tiers for existing users.

Billing terms, pricing, and refund policies will be detailed separately when paid plans are introduced.

7. Intellectual Property

The PrimaIA platform, including its design, software, and content, is the property of iAtout.io. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform (salon information, client data, etc.).

You grant iAtout.io a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iAtout.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PrimaIA, including but not limited to loss of business, missed appointments, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice for emergency fixes.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export what you need.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec, Canada.
